HOW TO PREPARE SEA MOSS GEL
1. Rinse thoroughly under cool water
2. Soak in spring water for 12 – 24 hours
3. Drain and rinse again
4. Blend with fresh spring water until smooth
5. Refrigerate gel for up to 3 weeks
