Cinnamon, spice and everything else nice is in your cup with this flavor bomb of a coffee.
We suggest drinking this coffee at light to medium roast to preserve the outstanding complexity with this coffee. As a dark roast you will find a medium body medium acidity coffee that is smooth but you will loose most of the fruity flavors that so much effort has been made to produce.
Light roast: Expect bright/spicy and complex flavors. Think grapefruit, cloves and ginger! Amazing as an espresso!
Medium roast: This is where your drip coffee machine/pour over will shine! Cinnamon, hibiscus, red fruit and brown sugar will help you start your day with this amazing medium roast!
Dark roast: Still more complex than your typical dark roast! The spice flavors in this coffee will remain in the dark roast. So think of cinnamon, caramel and chocolate!
