Colombia

The workhorse of the American cafe industry!  Colombian coffee is time-tested and a proven winner for daily drinkers.  This coffee comes from the Juan Tama region of Colombia where the indigenous peoples of the region have formed an organization of small farming communities.  Colombia supports over half a million families through the production of coffee each year.

This medium bodied/low acidity coffee will keep you going on those tough Monday mornings all the way through your weekend projects around the house.  The washed process(removing the coffee beans and washing them in water before drying) ensures this coffee picks up as much of the roasting flavors as possible without drowning out the natural flavors of brown sugar and citrus.

We suggest drinking this coffee at any roast level you enjoy! 

Light roast: Enhances the brighter flavors of this coffee.  Bringing out pineapple/citric acidity flavors.

Medium roast:  All around best roast for this coffee.  Offers a creamier mouthfeel with dark chocolate/walnut/brown sugar notes.

Dark roast:  Extremely smooth chocolatey/caramel notes  (If you've never tried dark roasted coffee or have been wary of dark roasts give this a try! No bitterness/burnt flavors)
