How to use:
Comvita® UMF® 10+ Manuka Honey can be used as a delicious spread. For preferred honey consistency, warm to soften or refrigerate to firm.
A teaspoon of honey 2-3 times per day, straight off the spoon or in a herbal tea may soothe sore throats or assist with digestive upsets.
